I cannot connect to internet help?

I pulled a hard drive out of a computer that broke and inserted it into a different computer the hard drive works good. all the things are showing up all programs etc. but wireless connection. and I can't mess with an Ethernet. the old hard drive in the computer had the internet working perfectly fine but now it won't even notice the internet access. I'm not sure what to do besides buy a usb adapter.
