There are two ways to do an email marketing campaign.

1. Using system software like sendblaster.(but you need an smtp server to send a campaign, it will cost minimum 1500 to 2000 INR/month)
2. Using Web Application like constant contact, aweber etc

Below are the email marketing companies who provides minimum 1000 to 2000 emails/ month for free.

1. SimplyCast - 2000 mails
2. Mailchimp - 2000 mails
