How do i change WEP to WAP and when i enter the ip address into my browser it says no data recived?

You have to enter your default gateway..

*Open cmd.exe
And ipconfig...

Usually the default gateway is 192.168.1.1
And default logins are
Username: Admin
Password: password

If you don't have your login information, you can just reset the router.
