eBay is set up to significantly protect the interests of the buyers. Sellers can't even leave negative feedback any more, which makes it a bit unfair if the buyer is the one in the wrong. However, you can report the buyer if they've violated any eBay policies. Like the first comment says, chances are you're stuck with the feedback, but you can always try contacting eBay support and explaining the situation to them. It's worth a shot.
