I wanted to answer this question because a few months ago I was in this situation, I was tired of my friends because of everything they did, you know talk to each other with their eyes, and laugh randomly at things and made me feel left out. Well, I thought about sitting with someone else at dinners, and listen to me, don't do it. Now there's two options, the first one is be grateful for your friends, if they've offended you, try to take it lightly, don't turn on them. However, if they've done something irreversible, then there's a second option. The second option is instead of going up to these 'new people', ask about them, or find them on facebook, you've said their close, if you ask straight up it'll seem rude. If I were you, I'd go to one of them afterschool, in a hallway and try to relate. Maybe about a tv show, or your favorite movie, something that interests you both. Once you start becoming closer, she'll definitely introduce you to her friends, don't be needy, have a backbone and they'll end up asking you to join them, not the other way around.
