How to add a reciprocal link to my website?
I am lay-man so make this as simple as possible.

How do I add a reciprocal link on a PHP website?
I am trying to add link to my website but they keep asking for reciprocal links. How do I do this. When I go to the admin panel on my website, I see the following bars: Main Menu & CMS Pages
Manage Sub Menu
Manage Home Slideshow
Manage Inner Slideshow
Manage Testimonials
Manage Team
Manage Photo Gallery
Manage Safaris
Manage Home Boxes
General Setting
Special Offer
Manage Bookings
Sitemap Generation
