Why can't I get her out of my mind?

It's been half a year since I talked to "Sally" and I keep thinking about her. I snoop around her Twitter and every time I see her enjoying her life and all. I feel like I compare my life and see it not as enjoyable as hers. We were friends but I guess I flirted with her too much and we just went our separate ways. I don't understand why I feel so depressed when I snoop, I try not to but I always get a urge once every two weeks or so. I know if I text her she will turn me down or disrespect me. We tried making things right but I just need help getting over this hump in my life it interferes with me everyday.
