Of course you pay EBay when your item sells. That's how they make money. You pay for listing fees and for a percentage of the sale price. Figure about 13 percent of the sale price if you have a minimal listing and avoid most options. You would only lose money on a sale if you sold your product for what it cost you to buy or to make (or even less). You need to add up your cost for the product plus the cost for EBay plus postage and then add an additional amount for your profit. I missed the bit about your age. So far as I know, EBay does NOT ask you for any photocopies of identification, as the other answer suggests. You do have to state that you are over 18, and making a false statement would be fraud. It sounds like your best bet would be to have the assistance of an adult (parent, sibling, etc.) who has a valid account. Good luck.
