Hmm, yeh I would definitely have a chat about that with your guy. Tell him how it makes you feel, but don't be all accusing. Be calm, and say something like, "Hey hun, so I was just checking out some of your nice pics and I came across this one with this chick saying 'my babe is sexy <3'...what is she talking about?" (the end part said in a like hysterical like hahaha what is up with her?)

As soon as you ask him that, pay CLOSE attention to how he reacts. Take notice of anything- sweating, surprised, "OMG" look, "OMG she found out" look, or maybe, relaxed, "that girl who posted that must be nuts" look, "wow, I had no idea about this!" (psst, yeah he did, it's his fb)

Or, you know, it could mean nothing as well. Just talk to him about it.
