The followings are may be the reasons :
1. She don't know you personaly.
2. Her account is fake.
3. May be busy with others.
4. Mobile FB.
5. Facebook in hurry.
6. She may be avoiding you.

Don't message / inbox untill she comes online. Or try to comment on her status, profile , photoes.
