help me build a sleeve tattoo?

Hello people i really need help her im 20 and im looikng to get a sleeve tattoo and my man tit aswell
The problem i have is i really dont want to come up with my own design
I know people say get a tatto that means somethink but i just want art on my body not meaning
Plus i would perfer to have all the lining done for my fitst session then all the colouring and shading
So yep please help me out what do i do should i pop into a shop and pick a sleeve or take one in of the internet that i like
And how much would this cost
And please dont comment then dont get a tattoo if its not meaning because theres alot of people who take tattoos of the internet and i feel if i designed my sleeve myself it might looklike a mess and i woulndnt like it
