Im a Capricorn and its not just sun signs you need to look at when it comes to relationships moon signs also play an important role as they deal with emotcions and how you feel react to the world and situations Venus signs are also important as they show how you relate to loved ones friend family how you express love and for a man what kiend of woman your are going to be attracted to , i am a cap sun moon in Pisces and i can get a little clingy and come on strong when oli really like someone its insecurity make your affections known to him be honest and he will calm down you are an Aquarius , Aquarius is freedom loving and can be quiet aloof he probably isn't getting enough attention and reassurance off you beleave it or not caps need to know where they stand ad how you feel /expect of them it gives us stability and security and as earth signs we seak that especially in a partner we are envesting genuine time and effection , this other cap clearly had no real interest or feelings for you he was getting his security from somewhere else or obvs felt you were too aloof or not emotcionaly stable enough as a cap sun and ascendant i do this with girls who have hurt me and i have fear of opening myself to them so i put the barriers up he wasn't playing hot and cold he was genuinely trying to let his gaurd down but probably felt insecure as your an aquarius and probably didnt give him enough time and attention thats not your fault Aquarius are afaraid of being tied down by lovers and feel suffocated in relationships that are stable and have a routine they like there freedome too much you are a flexable sign who probably isn't gonna give this cao the grounded stable security he needs also check his moon sign this will count for alot good luck just speak to him and let him know where he and the relationship stands all he needs is a little re assurance
