i)If all the pages not indexed by Google
ii) Not the sitemap file
iii) No implementation of Robots.txt file
iv) Duplicate pages
v)Canonical issues
vi)Not in proper navigation
vii)Poor site performance
Viii)Using flash and frames and etc..
