1) no quality back links
2) no .gov and .edu back links
3) site may be spam
4) proper referral sites
5) site must have its own blog
6) Fresh contents
7) Bandwidth and speed of the site.
8) proper meta description and meta title
9) must satisfy Google trust rank Algorithm
10) Do not use your domain name in your page title
