No if she was playing hard to get she would've excepted your request on instagram and play shy in person. This girl is playing mind games with you. No that has nothing to do with it that situation was 7mths ago. Turn the tables ignore her pretend she doesn't exist. Try to avoid her with out her noticing if she comes around after that and you still like her take it from there if not then move on love.
