I'm so incredibly lonely?

I'm 18 years old and I don't go to college or uni or have a job or anything... I'm terrified of people due to my social anxiety and aspergers and I feel like an apsolute pathetic loser. All I do is sit in my room all day. I try and get help but nothing's there for me. Nobody speaks to me or acknowledges me, an people won't approach me cos I look miserable all the time but I can't help it... This isn't explained very well but I dunno how to really talk properly about stuff so sorry for rambling or whatever. Fed up of feeling empty.
