Have a simple, catchy URL which goes with your blogstyle. Don’t overdo it with the dashes either.

Theme:

You should have a simple theme which draws attention to your posts. Don’t overdo it with flashy/colourful backgrounds because they can be distracting.

Participate in others promos/blog of the ____’s/and blog rates/screenie promos:

This gets your blog out there and people will get to know your blog and the makers of these promos could also follow you!

Ask people to check out your blog!

This is a great way of getting your favourite blogs to see your blog and they may even follow! Make sure you read their FAQ first though - they may want you to tag them in a post instead of messaging them. Make sure that you are following them, too.

Keep your blog organised and tidy:

Once a promo is finished, delete the post as it clutters your blog. People want to be able to see your amazing posts!
