What types of tumblr blogs are these and what's the difference?

pale is basically as it says itself - pale pictures and tumblr models showing objects, outfits, hair, legs, etc without showing their face - (sometimes you can), pictures that are pastel-ish, faded, etc. example: ugh-pale.tumblr.com

grunge/soft grunge is simliar - pictures that have pastel, lace clothing, dyed/dip-dyed hair, marina and the diamonds, lana del rey, pictures like these: http://31.media.tumblr.com/b0f5b5fb59f28...o1_500.jpg
example: princessofgrunge.tumblr.com

bambi/indie/gypsy - i can't really explain this one, like cactus plants, fabrics, tribal prints, etc. example: gixsy.tumblr.com

and i have no idea what a carefree blog is - never have heard of it.
