4s + SIRI + more expensive + not really an improvement + Siri makes your phone slower which cancels any 4s improvements = STUPID CHOICE

4 + cheaper + runs alright + fine for what you need + NO SIRI = BEST CHOICE

* If you look at the differences here, even Apple admits that the iPhone 5/ 4s/ 4 does not have that many differences despite the major price jump: http://www.apple.com/iphone/compare-iphones/
