In case you are looking for something new, Kindle Fire HD seems to be a good option. We all know that iPad is the gold standard but as per you, you'd have the iPhone and iPod so iPad basically is just the bigger version of these two.

And an app named as inst-fire is available on Kindle Fire which is basically a instagram client.
