In June 2013 Google's web spam team's head Matt Cutts announced that slow performing mobile sites would soon be penalized in search rankings so its better you have a fast loading site so that it would not get affected in search results.There are various strategies which has to be in order to have a better load speeds like-is the site in word press? if yes, cache plugins can be used to increase the site speed.
