Instagram randomly blocking accounts?

Lately on instagram I had been loosing a lot of followers (like 10+ a day) and I had no clue why until I got this app that tells you your unfollowers. So I went to all of their pages and realized that I had "blocked" all of them! I then unblocked them all and left a comment on their pics to tell them what happened. Has this happened to anyone else? The only other person who new my password was my best friend (who also has a fandom account like me) and I definitely don't think she did this :/ please let me know if this happened to any one else!
Also my ig is @voldysgonemoldyy also I put this in the Facebook area because I don't know where else to put it
