Don&#x27;t go anywhere near facebook because it&#x27;s affecting your life.
This is like a drug addiction and you need to be strong.
Replace facebook with something healthy. Sport, new outdoor hobbies, get a golden retriever, buy a bicycle. Anything that gets you out and away from this stupid nonsense. It&#x27;s up to you how much you want to feel better. Good night.
