He have most likely affected your PC and not your internet.. "Most likely".

In that case, I would rather scan my PC with an antivirus or maybe even format the whole thing. Lots of tricks that does not count as viruses can be done if someone have (or had in the past) physically contact with your PC.

- Allright, well internet hacking is out of my knowledge Tongue and I think its way more advanced. He must be some awesome PC guy if he pulled that off. But if he is actually monitoring what you do, he sounds like one of the jerkish types. Are you sure he, in no way, could have touched your PC even without you knowing? As I said, he might have configured something that does not count as a virus from your scan. For instance, a guy in my class made a script on my PC that read and executed commands he wrote in a text file on the school server. He changed my wallpaper and played all kinds of weird sounds. He placed this script on my PC and ran it. This is just a "setting" and my anti virus did not look at this as anything dangerous, rather something I wanted. Similar tricks can probably be done, like a script typing your keyboard pressings into a text file and uploading it once in a while somewhere, where he can read it later.

Im just saying, this is far more likely Tongue BUT in any case, I would call the internet people and ask them for advice, they are probably more qualified about this than me, and should have some experience about what you should do.
