Cannot Connect to Wireless Wifi Hotspot Router?

Normally when we install any wifi routers first we creat Network Name (SSID) and then password, etc. And when we click on start / connect automatically connections are created and we are connected to the wireless services. This process was taking place automatically but since many days I am not able to use any of the virtual router services, I tried to install many other virtual wifi routers but problem is not in routers its in my windows settings. It is unable to create home / public network through which I can use my virtual wifi router service.
