URGENT it's of SEO JOB Opportunity?

Need URGENT answer in 1 Hour what should i do I got an offer for SEO from a branded company but i have to work only on that brand and here in my current company i handle many site of different industry and also look after SEM (PPC).

In current company i handle a team but indirectly, and dont have letter of TL, but in that company i will be getting TL position on paper but no member under me as they dont have empolyee and dont know will they hire any empolyee in future i.e. in 6 to 8 months

I am in need of urgent answer as i have to answer them too in 1 Hour

that company is giving hike of around 30%

So will it be good for my career of SEO by switching it.
