TweetCaster and UberSocial are both great Twitter client apps for Androids. You can try them both out yourself and see which one you like better since they are free. What my personal opinion is that I like UberSocial more because it has a cleaner UI than the TweetCaster, but then again TweetCaster has a bit more customization features.
