No it doesn&#x27;t mean that. Some people just don&#x27;t really care about Facebook. And some people don&#x27;t think that they have to change it because everyone that needs to know or they want to know knows. So they just don&#x27;t think it&#x27;s important. He is definitely only Interested in you if he post pics of you and tags you in stuff or he wouldn&#x27;t do do that.
