Well of course you should. You'll do no wrong just to start a little conversation.
DO NOT WAIT FOR HER TO APPROACH. If she does not, you'll lose your opportunity.

Maybe things won't work out here, but at least you'll have the opportunity to know her better and get close together.
And who knows? Maybe things will click!

Just text her a welcome note and talk anything about the last conversation you had. You could try by posting a question and asking for her suggestion in that.
