Has anyone else been scammed by Freedompop Internet service? I am looking to take legal action.?

It seems like all your device needs is a hard reset, please reach us at community@freedompop.com and leave your contact number so we can guide you through the process. If you believe your device is defective we could issue an RMA to exchange your device for a replacement.

We would like you to know that we are working hard on improving our customer support and have increased the number of customer service agents to deal with higher call volumes. A callback option which we encourage all users to select has been added in order to avoid an extended wait time on hold as well. We've also created a community forum where users can get answers quicker as well as add their own helpful tips.
