What's the best free web-based email service, since yahoo mail has been messed up almost as bad as answers?
Yup, I'm ready to bail out and abandon the ship of yahoo which has served me well for many years.
I already have a gmail account, which I never use because it sucks.

My needs are simple. Just a free web-based free email system I can access from anywhere via computer or smartypants phone. Something elegantly simple, with an address book.
