first of all i want to say is that placing ads in facebook is not FREE.
most people think it is i dont know why.
okay to place ads
you need to go to your facebook home page not profile page but HOME page and if you see any ads on the sides........on the tab it will be written sponsors and then ads below


at the side of sponsors there is a option CREATE AN ADVERT.
and now all you have to do is follow the procedure as it proceeds .....its going to ask you everything taglines and all but in the end it will ask you for a fee so AGAIN IT IS NOT FREE.
