1) Yes unfortunately... :/ if a girl is interested she WILL reply, maybe not instantly, but she will
2) No not necessarily, depends a lot on what type of girl she is - if she supresses emotions and is the type to hide her feelings in social aspects she will probably not confront you, but unless it REALLY got to her, she will confront you, or if she just feels the need to reassure you of something for the sake of your feelings (if she cares for you even if just as a friend)
3) No, leave it to her - the ball is in her court
