You probably won't find anything legit.

Pretty much everything out there is a scam now.

A few years ago, there were a couple of companies that did this but they were very picky on who they chose. You had to have the right model of car, live in the right neighborhood and guarantee a minimum number of miles. They probably rejected 99% of the people who applied.
