No, only Facebook administrators can see past that for security reasons. They would never distribute the info, but there are no "applications" or programs that can bypass them. You'd have to either add them as a friend (unless they even block friends from seeing stuff, which is uncommon) or hack they're account to see it. But that's bad. I wouldn't recommend doing that.
