i have a linksys WRT320N that ive had for a few years and from a few days ago it keeps disconnecting?

What makes you think the modem isn't the problem? Connect a pc directly to the modem and see if the problem persists before you make assumptions and throw money at a problem. If it IS the modem or beyond and you lease the modem, call your provider. It's THEIR responsibility.
Edit: Then on to step 2.
Reset the router. Find the reset button and hold it in for 30 seconds. Run your devices for awhile and see if the problem is gone. If yes, set the security back up.
