Add her on facebook! Thats a must.
Start a chat with her and if she replies, have a conversation!
After about a week or two (of talking online) talk to her face to face if she hasn't already.
Thats what my ex boyfriend did for me.
We became really good friends and we both knew we had feelings for each other then he finally got the courage to ask me t be his girlfriend and i said yes. but 3 months later it didnt work out. anyways. YESSSSSSSSSS! GO FOR IT!!! GOOD LUCK XX
