Does Google use Impressions and Click through rate as a ranking factor?

Google only has limited capabilities of seeing on site activity (unless you have analytics installed) they can get a sampling of bounce rates by the number of people who immediately return to search after visiting a site.
I have seen some paying people on Microworkers to search a certain term and click a site, I can't say how well that proposed tactic works, of course having a small number of people doing a lot if clicking is going to harm your ranking. |
