Well senor.. i am an expert SEO Consultant...there is nothing google unjustice with any site..dosnt matter if it is hosted or paid or free server.
and even you dont have a need to get it submitted to google for getting indexed.. Do one thing a simple trick.
Go to Digg.com post an article
Type the article something like Title "Logo Expert in USA
write some content.. Digg site gets crawled everyday.. your site will get indexed within two days...it is sure..but do remember put some content also on ur site.

second trick. get two three backlinks with some good pr site. let say a pr 1 or two site.

And Finally this is not an SEO question which is never been asked before..quite a common question.
