there are many expired domain names, sites foe sale with your type content

buy one of those and upgrade it to your style

the heavy lifting has already been done and you can grab all that free seo, authority, backlinks and such for a song

i built an online business for a new company, bought a relevant domain for $150 and it has been fantastic for him
