Which is better Broadband or Celluler Data?

Broadband - it refers to the number of connections that could work simultaneously. For example, you are the owner of a factory and you want to deliver products to a restaurant. There are other factories as well that deliver to that same restaurant. Unfortunately, the road that leads to the restaurant has only 1 lane (the broadband) and it takes ages for your trucks to get to the restaurant as there are other trucks that deliver at the same time as you and cause a big traffic jam. If the road is wider (wider broadband) so that it could allow all trucks to move at once, it will be faster to deliver products to the restaurant. (and you get faster internet access).

Cellular data - this comes from the company you pay your cellular plan to. When you make a contract with it, they may give you some data. That data is usually capped so that you don't download torrents (illegal stuff) and so that you pay additional money to them. Cellular data is usually very slow and this is the reason there are many websites made that so they work specifically on a cell phone and load faster.

As for why your current wifi (your connection to the router) isn't allowing you to send and receive images, I am not sure. As much as I am aware, there isn't any filter that could prevent that. We will need additional information about that. Open a new question here and please provide as much information as possible like Router model, your wifi settings on the computer, your ISP. DO NOT provide information like IP address, WiFi password, SSID (your wifi name) or your personal address (just saying)
