Can't reset facebook password?

Hi all
I forgot my fb password and when I tell it to send it to my email it never turns up. So I send it to my phone, reset the pw and recieve the conformation link. When I click this link it asks me to login first, when I do it just says please click the link in your SMS, so I end up in a loop

Does anybody know how to get around this?

When I click the link in the SMS it just asks me to login, I try that which then says you need to click the link in the SMS which just takes me to the login again, it's just a loop that I can't do anything with

It does it at home and at work so not a location problem

Checked spam box and it's not in there
