WHATS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER AND GOOGLE CHROME. please answer?

for some reason everything is red and when i play games it goes 3d

i dont know why this is, but my friend says it may be my graphics card. this didn't happen when i first got my computer. one day i just played a game and suddenly everything was in 3d mode. i managed to fix it by pressing ctrl+t (however i have to do that everytime i open the game) and this went on for months and it was just the same but today i turned on my computer and suddenly google chrome is doing it too. and i cant stop it with ctrl t or anything else. i dont know what to do and its really annoying. i will include a screenshot of an inbrowser game so you can see what i mean
i found the problem, i had to update my driver on the graphics card now everything is ok
