How do I reset my Ipod?
My brother got a new ipod touch so I have his old one, I want to restore it completely back to factory settings, but he's tried to enter the restore passcode too many times so it's locked out for 654 days, and I tried to restore it on my computer in itunes but it comes up with 'there was a problem downloading software for the ipod.The network connection timed out'
Can someone please run me through what to do?
