It's called the MoneyPak virus. I hope you didn't pay any money, if you did, you fell for a scam. Contact your credit card or bank in the morning to stop the payment.

Run your virus scan. Then go here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-re...ransomware and follow the instructions to be sure it's all gone.
