Sounds like you need a system cleanup
Windows Key → right click the bottom of the window → All APPS → APPS screen
Bury the cursor in the bottom RH corner of the screen → Charms menu → Settings (gear) → Tiles → Show Administrative Tools → Yes
Exit the App & Start screen.
Return to the APP screen → Administrative Tools → Disk Cleanup → (C → OK and allow to run
Click "Clean up System Files" → (C → OK and allow to run
Check all the boxes, allow to run

Once completed → Restart computer

Download the FREE version of CCleaner →
Run the cleanup utility → run registry cleanup
