I am sorry for how discouraging or blunt this might sound, but it sounds like she just isn't interested, plain and simple. That, or she is just very conscious about who she follows ( as a good amount of people are with sites like instagram). Either way, I would suggest to stop trying to follow her. I know the feeling of what can be unrequited feelings, and I can assure you that if you don't stop now your crush will either turn obsessive or you'll be in a state of denial, neither of which is good. So, yeah. I'd stop while your ahead.
