My internet keeps saying no Internet connection when it's connected?

So im guessing the devices can connect but the router isnt connected. Try accessing your router's menu and connecting by opening 192.168.1.254 or whatever address is given by your router. Also try switching to one which is both a router and modem (like the aztech 1015EW) which may make it abit easier to troubleshoot. Check the connection between the modem and the telephone cable, and the telephone port. If it doesn't work ultimately complain to your ISP's customer service until they do something
