WHY? Could be a problem with cookies or the cache, or an incompatibility with your browser, or a problem with their servers.

You could try CLEARING YOUR BROWSER CACHE(1)
or USING a different browser(2)
or try from another computer.

If none of that works then it's probably an issue on their end that only they can fix, you'd have to contact them.
