I can't figure out what internet to order?

I have been looking at internet providers for two weeks now. I have been all over the internet trying to figure out what it all means......I can't seem to figure it out. I don't understand any of it. And, I have also figured out that I don't care. I do not have cable, so I want it to play movies or stream or download or what ever. Netflix and internet videos are what I am most worried about. What do I need for that? I talk to the providers and I swear they just confuse me more than help me figure out what I want. I don't care what the k's and mb's and all of that stands for. I am on a very tight budget, so I need the cheapest I an get. 800k to slow? What is the lowest speed I need to watch movies?????
